For the convenience of our North American customers, you are offered the opportunity to select between the Canadian and US pricing based on your country of residence.

For International (excluding Canada and the USA), all pricing is based on the US Dollar. The actual charge may be paid via PayPal or Optimal Credit Card Facility (additional service charges may be applicable from your credit card provider � such as currency exchange). Please note that you no longer have to open an account with PayPal in order to pay your puchases. PayPal will process your credit card purchase directly.

Canadian residents are subject to GST, while Quebec residents are subject to both GST and QST. Taxes are not charged to residents of the United States nor International. Please note that applicable Brokerage, Customs Duties and Local Taxes are the sole reponsibility of the customer. For special arrangements, please contact our customer service department. All Visa, Mastercard, American Express card and PayPal purchases will be processed upon receipt of confirmation of payment. All orders normally ship out within 48 hours.

All information that we collect from you is for the sole purpose of processing your information request and your purchase in order that we may provide you with the best possible service. We do not share or sell any information to third party organisations. All information is held in strict confidentiality. Please refer to our Security notice.

This website uses the industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect your information.The SSL 256 bit Encryption method encrypts all information you input in the request for information forms and order processing. This assures you that all information will be transmitted securely to us and to the credit card processor.

Canadian orders are shipped via Expedited Parcel Post within 48 hours of purchase. Canadian residents should receive their order within 3 to 7 days (for longer distances). Remote locations are subject to longer delays.

United States orders are shipped most often via Canada Post / USPS. For any Canadian or US orders, alternate shipping arrangements can be made with our customer service department if required. Delivery times will depend on the specific order, shipping mode selection and destination. US clearance, customs duties and/or taxes if applicable are the sole responsibility of the customer.

International orders will be handled on an individual basis. International orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes upon reaching destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Our customer service department will communicate with you within 24 hours to discuss shipping methods and should be able to confirm the shipping costs within 2 days from receipt of your selection. Customers must make sure that the products being imported are allowed in by their respective country. Customers will bare full responsibility in the event a shipment would be seized by their country�s customs office.

In order to assure integrity of our products and in light of their nature, we regret not being able to accept returns.

Upon reception of your order, in the event you receive the wrong item please contact our sales service or advise us via email (cservice@biocitrushealth.com).

In order to expedite your order, we reserve the right to substitute the packaged product with one labeled for a different country (language). In all cases nomenclature is written in English as well.
